Family work, challenges and advantages!

We often hear questions about working as a family, about the blessing of being on stage next to the children, with doubts or curiosity about how this dynamic happens so that the result is harmonious and exciting as we want it to be.

So today we're going to talk a little about this topic!

For those who have known us for a while (or have read the previous posts 😊 ) know that the stage has always been a place where our children grew up playing, where they feel at ease!

We think that was the basis of everything, letting them be part of this world from a very young age so that it then becomes something natural.

Our work as a family, in the format that we present today, has been developed and strengthened for approximately 2 years, when we realized that Abel and Isabella already had the musical maturity to face new challenges!

With this new project, new obstacles also appeared! We had (and still have) to learn a lot more about the personality of each one of us! Rehearsals are often tiring, new songs can be difficult to come up with, and joining all the individual study to the collective can generate friction, and this is often where the hardest part of all our work lies! Managing all this gear that includes time management, organization of studies and emotional intelligence so that we not only have a good result on stage but that everyone feels fulfilled and motivated!

There is, above all, a lot of benefit to working together! Having them with us on stage since they were little was wonderful, as we were able to follow all the stages of growth of our little ones! Always closely watching what was going on in their world, and most importantly, always being the strongest influence they had, passing on our family values of respect and honesty.

Today, with them already teenagers and our work increasingly recognized, we dedicate ourselves to understanding this new phase, taking advantage of every moment together to grow and be prepared for the opportunities that are knocking at our door!

Can we say it's easy? No, but it's not that hard either! With love and dedication we are making our way!
